By accessing or using Rosa Wildlife Reserve services, including our Discord server, Path of Titans game server, web dashboard, and Rosa Bot ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Age Requirements

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

3. Service Description

Rosa Wildlife Reserve provides:

A Path of Titans game server with custom gameplay mechanics
A Discord community for communication and support
Rosa Bot for genetics and mutation tracking
A web dashboard for managing your dinosaur data

These Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

Follow all server rules and community guidelines
Treat other players with respect and courtesy
Not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Not harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
Not share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
Not attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise our Services

5. Education Over Punishment

We believe in helping players learn rather than immediately punishing mistakes. Minor rule violations will typically result in a warning and explanation. However, serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban from our Services.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of server rules or community guidelines
Conduct harmful to other users or the community
Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

7. Intellectual Property

Path of Titans is a trademark of Alderon Games Pty Ltd. Rosa Wildlife Reserve is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alderon Games. All game assets, mechanics, and content within Path of Titans belong to their respective owners.

Rosa Wildlife Reserve branding, Rosa Bot, and our custom systems are our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosa Wildlife Reserve and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or interruption of service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Server downtime, maintenance, and technical issues may occur.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosa Wildlife Reserve, its operators, moderators, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.
